Abbott's U.S. Core Diagnostics team wanted to showcase the real-world impact of its products through the voices of its customers. We traveled to laboratories in New York, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Missouri to produce a series of testimonial and product videos. Each story demonstrated a different impact, from improving staff satisfaction to helping communities respond to the fentanyl crisis, and there was one POV they all seemed to agree on: Abbott is more than a vendor, they’re a trusted partner.
